In partnership with Goju-Ryu Seiwakai Karate of New Mexico, Karate classes for Youths are back at McLeod Family YMCA!
Expect a comprehensive routine of warm-ups, strengthening, and stretching exercises, along with karate basics, partner drills, traditional katas, diverse sparring techniques, and self-defense training. Anticipate a supportive atmosphere that challenges you while nurturing your growth. Prepare to depart feeling fulfilled after a productive session.
