Although improving skills is the focus, our camps are still designed with fun in mind. Fun games and drills keep players engaged and energized, while improving the fundamentals required for the game. Plus, our coaches will reinforce the importance of sportsmanship and fair play throughout the week.
ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE CAMP
This 4-week Athletic Performance Camp is designed by our certified trainers who hold Master Degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. With the help of our certified coaches young athletes will improve overall athletic performance by developing strength, speed, nutrition and much more!
