ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE CAMP
This 4-week Athletic Performance Camp is designed by our certified trainers who hold Master Degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. With the help of our certified coaches young athletes will improve overall athletic performance by developing the following:
- Strength & Conditioning
- Speed & Agility
- Nutrition Education
- Leadership Development
- Mental Toughness
- Stretching & Yoga
Our young athletes will meet with our coaches twice a week over a four week period as they are guided and trained to safely use proper training techniques of an athletic exercise program.
Here’s a sample of our daily schedule
8:00am – 9:30am – Workout (Strength & Conditioning)
9:30am – 10:30am – Nutrition
10:30am – 12:00pm – Workout (Speed, Agility, Stretching, Yoga)
Classes will be held in the Sports Performance Center at the Horn YMCA.
Dates & Ages
Sessions run from July 6 through July 30.
Session 1: Monday/Wednesday starting July 6 and ending July 29 from 8 am – 12 pm. Ages 14 – 16.
Session 2: Tuesday/Thursday starting July 7 and ending July 30 from 8 am – 12 pm. Ages 10 – 13
Session 3: Monday/Wednesday starting July 6 and ending July 29 from 1 pm – 5 pm. Ages 10 – 13.
Session 4: Tuesday/Thursday starting July 7 and ending July 30 from 1 pm – 5 pm. Ages 14 – 16.
