
Y Club All Day & After School Program
20/21 School Year: APS and Charter schools are currently providing distance learning from August 10 – Sept 4, 2020. Starting September 8, 2020 schools are expected to implement a hybrid model and will inform after school providers if we can be onsite to provide care. Please see are all day program model below and sign up for the all day program today!
Y Club All Day Program
Supporting Distance Learning & Physical Education
Y Club will offer a full day learning experience to fill your child’s day with creative and constructive opportunities to enhance their distance learning education experience. With most schools starting the school year with a distance learning model we are committed to supporting working families and single parents.
Distance learning centers will provide a WIFI enabled quite learning environment for students to attend online classes with their teachers. Students must use the school provided laptop. Y Club staff will be available for assistance and support.
Physical Education support. As the nation’s leader in health and wellness the Y understands the importance of physical activity in your child’s daily routine, this is why we will provide a minimum of 1 hour of physical education daily along with our other core curriculum components which include arts, literacy/reading, STEAM, service learning, social/emotional skills, character development and family engagement.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Y Club is open to children ages 5 – 12 and will operate from 7 am – 6 pm, Monday – Friday. Begins August 10, 2020.
WEEKLY PRICING:
YMCA Member*: $150.00/week
Non-Member: $199.00/Week
Financial Assistance is available. CYFD contracts accepted at all locations.
REGISTRATION:

YMCA programs are held in accordance with the State of New Mexico’s Health Order.

Before & After School Program

The YMCA of Central New Mexico’s school-age extended day learning fills your child’s Out of School time with creative and constructive opportunities. Through our program, school-age children participate in individual and group activities that extend the learning experience.
The YMCA of Central New Mexico is the state’s largest child care provider, with 11 early learning, preschool and after-school centers. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable programs that nurtures children’s healthy social, physical, and mental development. When children enter our Out of School Time program a world of imagination and growth opens up.
In addition to supplementing what children learn in school, they will also:
- Participate in interactive learning models that engage critical thinking skills
- Get assistance with their homework from trained Y staff
- Form long-lasting friendships that enhance their development, growth and self-confidence
What You’ll Need:
- Completed Out of School Time Enrollment Form
- 1st weeks payment or copy of CYFD contract
- Current copy of your child’s shot records (we will not carry over shot records from summer program)
