Silver Sneakers

SilverSneakers members receive a free membership to both Albuquerque locations and the Star Heights Recreation Center for SilverSneakers classes in Rio Rancho.  Over the years we have nurtured a friendly environment where you can grow stronger in your body, mind and social connections. Our wellness program offers 3 different SilverSneakers Signature fitness classes as well as opportunities to attend health education seminars and special community events.

Mature adults have unique strengths and needs, so we offer 3 different SilverSneakers Signature class formats: Classic, Circuit, and Yoga. 

We offer SilverSneakers classes Monday through Friday at the Horn and McLeod branches and Monday/Wednesday/Friday at the Star Heights Recreation Center in Rio Rancho. 

With your SilverSneakers membership, you are also welcome to attend any of the group classes we offer, even those outside of the SilverSneakers brand.  Your benefits also entitle you to our state of the art facilities including cardio and weight training equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.

All new SilverSneakers members are entitled to a Free Personal Training Orientation session at either Albuquerque location to help you begin your fitness journey.  We look forward to providing you with the best attention and service you deserve. You’ve earned it!
