YMCA Group Fitness classes are back at all locations. We’re excited to offer more ways for you to continue your fitness journey.
YOUTH AGILITY & CONDITIONING CLASS
Designed for the young athlete as well as youth who want to stay active. With most sports and recreational activities cancelled, the Y understands the need to keep youth active and training.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Our personal training programs provide you with a degreed and certified Personal Trainer, who will motivate and educate you to achieve optimal results and benefits.
Y CLUB ALL DAY PROGRAM
Y Club will offer a full day learning experience to fill your child’s day with creative and constructive opportunities to enhance their distance learning education experience.
