Youth Fitness
YMCA YOUTH AGILITY & CONDITIONING CLASSES
Designed for young athletes as well as youth who want to stay active. With many sports and recreational activities canceled, the Y understands the need to keep youth active and training. Our coaches will push each athlete to achieve their personal goals and show them the techniques of physical fitness that will foster a healthy attitude toward exercise. Our classes will focus on improvement in strength, conditioning, speed, and agility.

• Enhance Vertical Jump & Explosiveness
• Improve Flexibility through Stretching
• Maximize Overall Athleticism

Monday – Thursdays
Ages 10-13 5:30PM – 6:30PM
Ages 14-16 6:30PM – 7:30PM
Saturday
Ages 10 – 13 9:30AM – 10:30AM
Ages 14 – 16 11:30AM – 12:30PM
PROGRAM FEES:
FREE for Members.
*Must have an active Single Parent Family or Family membership for rates as low as $55/month

Classes are on a drop in basis only. No pre-registration required. However, you will need to reserve a spot in the class by visiting ymcacnm.org/reservations and clicking the Youth Agility/Conditioning Class link.
You can only reserve 1 day in advance of your class time.
