
RESERVATIONS
Welcome back! We are excited to re-open and welcome our members back to your YMCA! Due to the health order implemented by Governor Michelle Lujan-Grisham, we have implemented a reservation system to ensure your safety and to comply with social distancing and capacity guidelines. In order reserve your workout on this easy-to-use reservation system please click the following links.



However, if you prefer, you can also call our member services desk at 505-595-1515 (option 1 for Horn and option 2 for McLeod) and a staff member will be happy to assist you.
RESERVATION GUIDELINES
Reservations can be made 1 day in advance. A Wellness Center reservation allows you to workout for 1 hour and 30 minutes at a time. After each “workout block”, the YMCA staff will take 30 minutes to clean and sanitize equipment and facilities in order to be ready for the next group.
The start times you can choose for your workout under the block scheduling are as follows:
Monday – Friday
5:30 AM – 7:00 AM
7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM (Horn Senior Time*)
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM (McLeod Senior Time*)
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (two hour block)
Saturday
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Sunday
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Senior Hour* – We will reserve one block for senior only workouts per facility. Senior hour at the Horn YMCA will be 9:30 AM; M-F and at the McLeod YMCA at 1:30 PM; M-F.
*Although the YMCA will make time for “Seniors Only”, we recommend anyone considered to be “vulnerable” or that may have a high-risk condition, first consult with a health professional before attending YMCA activities.
Additionally, reservation will expire 15 minutes after your expected arrival time and your time slot can be given to someone else.
NEW HOURS OF OPERATION
Starting Monday June 1st, both YMCA’s will be open during the following schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM

FACE-MASKS NOW REQUIRED WHILE EXERCISING
Effective Monday, July 13 the state’s mandate that individuals must wear face-coverings in public now requires individuals to wear face-coverings while exercising. This requirement includes those exercising at indoor gyms and fitness centers.
