YMCA Online Services Unavailable February 1 – 7, 2022
Dear YMCA Members and Participants,
There are so many great things happening at your YMCA! Today, I am excited to share with you another change that is just around the corner that will enhance your YMCA online experience. Beginning February 7th, we will be switching to a new Customer Management System (CMS) called Reclique CORE. CORE was designed with the YMCA member in mind. With its easy-to-use user interface, you can now take control of your YMCA online account. CORE will allow you to manage your membership account, quickly register for programs, access the Y Game Time app to see team rosters and schedules, and even schedule a workout with a Personal Trainer!
As we get ready to transition to CORE there are few things we want you to be aware of:
Your personal and financial information is safe and secure. During the transition your data will safely be transferred from our old CMS to the new one.
Starting February 1st and running through February 7th you will not be able to register for any programs or activities online. All customer transactions will need to be done in person at one of our YMCA branches. All scheduled payment drafts for membership or childcare dues during this period will still take place as usual. You will not need to do anything extra.
On February 7th your current online user account on our old CMS (DAXKO) will no longer be active.
Starting February 8th, you will be able to create a new user account on the new CORE system. Once we launch CORE, we will email you instructions on how to create your new CORE account. All your history from the old CMS will transfer to your new CORE account.
We are excited to provide you with these new tools to help you enhance your YMCA experience and help you reach your personal goal. Please be on the lookout for future emails regarding our CORE transition.
