Have you ever wanted to participate in a road race, learn to run trails, or increase your cardio respiratory fitness and skills through running? Then its time to join a YMCA run training program! Meet other running enthusiasts in group training session with seasoned instructors who will show you to prepare, train, and reach your running goals. Spring and Fall Programs Available.
Body Pump 102:
Join us for a week of team teaching for the 102 release. Look for exciting new music and tracks. For every class you attend you will receive a ticket, for dressing up get a second one toward a drawing to win a FREE session (valued at $50.00) with our nutritionist, Jennifer Bryant.

Slosh and Sand:
Utilize our newest piece of equipment, the slosh tube, as we melt fat, tone muscle, and build a rock solid core. As you transition through high intensity movements, water will slosh within the pipe, resisting your every motion. Feel your body burn in ways you’ve never experienced as we conquer this new mode of exercise. Benefits of this workout:
