Utilizing your own body weight as resistance, TRX Suspension Training is used by physical therapists, military personnel and professional athletes to develop functional full body strength, increase balance, burn fat, tone muscles and shred your core!
You will be constantly moving during this high intensity class. Come ready to work hard and crush your goals! All age groups and fitness fitness levels are welcome.
Led by Certified Personal Trainer Sara Ukeiley.

The YMCA’s TNT Conditioning program is an 8 week program designed to accomplish specific goals: *Build muscle strength *Endurance and core strength *Cardiovascular fitness *Increase balance, agility and flexibility *Burn fat and increase muscle tone.
Track your progress with our fitness assessments at the beginning and end of your program.
Weekend Warrior’s Weight Loss Program:
August 24th – October 13th
Saturdays and Sundays from 1:30pm – 2:30pm

If your goal this fall is to lose a few pounds or make a life style change, the Weekend Warrior’s Weight Loss Program is the perfect place to start! Work with our Certified Personal Trainers as we take scientifically proven approaches to efficiently melt body fat while increasing your fitness level and gaining the knowledge to keep weight off. We will focus heavily on strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and High Intensity Interval Training. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
