Have you ever wanted to participate in a road race, learn to run trails, or increase your cardio respiratory fitness and skills through running? Then its time to join a YMCA run training program! Meet other running enthusiasts in group training session with seasoned instructors who will show you to prepare, train, and reach your running goals. Spring and Fall Programs Available.
Want to put your endurance to the test in a triathlon or just increase your overall fitness and skills with cross training opportunities? Then its time to Tri the YMCA Triathlon training program. Program includes full triathlon training program for Sprint and Olympic distances as well as coached group training sessions in bike, run, and swim. Summer Program Availability.
Triathlon Training Program
A 12 Week program including: full triathlon training program for Sprint and Olympic distances, 3 coached group training sessions per week (Mon 6:30pm Bike, Wed 6:00am Run, Thur 6am Swim), along with 3 Triathlon Training workshops, Triclub dry fit shirt, and entry into the Y triathlon.
*Optional Strength training program offered on Tues at 6am.
Program begins June 6th at the McLeod Family YMCA and space is limited!
Early Registration: $180 or $225 with Strength Training Option
After June 1st: $200 or $250 with Strength Training Option
