The YMCA of Central New Mexico’s aquatics program strives to teach more than just water skills. We provide both instructional and recreational opportunities for all ages, so participants can enjoy a lifetime of safe, and healthy aquatic fun. And our aquatic programs help the young and young at heart grow spiritually, mentally, and physically.
The McLeod Pool is currently CLOSED.
The Pool is scheduled to open again May 2019!
We would like to address new rules and policies that are going to be implemented. This is being done in an attempt to ensure the safety of all children swimming at the YMCA of Central New Mexico.
Many of these changes are based off of the recommendations from the Y of USA and the Redwoods Group. The following is a list of the rules and policies, including our new “Test. Mark. Protect.” policy; and other important rules.
