In an effort to continually improve our members’ experiences at the Y, we’ve added a brand new, state of the art Activtrax training program that will create a personalized workout for you each time you visit the Y.
The FitStart Program is a 6 week program designed to help new or returning exercisers move toward the habit of being a regular exerciser. Included in your membership, the program is based on the approach of helping physically inactive people of any fitness level become regular exercisers to improve their well-being.
