YMCA to Offer Adult Volleyball League

The YMCA of Central New Mexico is now offering an Adult Volleyball League.  The Y is a great way to meet and interact with other adults through team play and active sports.  Participating in Adult Sports at the Y is about building relationships while staying active. And the benefits are far greater than just physical health.
